This page, together with our Privacy Policy, tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which you trade-in your mobile phone, tablets and / or computers (towers / desktops) and netbooks and / or watch from any manufacturer (the “Products”)

Amendments
These Terms will apply to any contract between BUY BACK BAZAAR COMPANY FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES a corporation existing under the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (referred to herein as “Us”, “Our” and “We”) for the trade in of Products by you (the “Contract”). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before trading-in any Products via our Site. Please note that before trading-in a Product placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to trade-in any Products via our Site.

Definition of key terms used in the Document
– Product: Refers to the product or device offered for sale by you
– You/you/your: Refers to the seller of the Product.
– Trade-in Process: Refers to the entire process in which a Product is offered by you to us for sale, the examination and assessment of the Product by us, the payment of the agreed value and the return of the Product, if applicable.

Application of the Terms and Conditions in the document
The following terms and conditions apply to the Trade-in Process. In this process, you offer a Product for sale to Buyback Bazaar Company for Information Technologies. The moment you register a Product for providing a quotation for trade-in you agree to these terms and conditions.
Personal Information
With the application you must provide us with personal information and information for the Product to be exchanged. The information will be used for the Trade-in Process. You are responsible for providing us the correct information to communicate with you or send you the Product back.
We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Data Protection Laws. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.

Customer Terms
1.1. By trading-in Products, you warrant that:
1.1.1. You are at least 18 years old or, if you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your Products to us for the sum indicated via our Site;
1.1.2. You are the sole owner of the Product or has been authorised by the owner of the Product to make decisions on the Product and there are no liens, encumbrances or security interests in or attached to the Product and that no other party has a legal interest in it;
1.1.3. The Product is not counterfeit, stolen or fraudulent;
1.1.4. In trading-in the Product, you are not infringing any intellectual property right of a third party;
1.1.5. You are resident in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and that you are accessing our Site from that territory; and
1.1.6. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
1.2. We amend these Terms (entire document) from time to time and reserve the right to make such amendments. Please refer to the latest Terms that are in force every time you do a trade-in with us. Ther terms in force at the time of your Trade-in will apply

Your Products and its contents
2.1. It is your responsibility to:
2.1.1. Remove your sim card (the “SIM”) and any memory card before sending your Product to us. If you fail to remove the SIM or memory card , you agree to release us from all claims, losses or damages with respect to the use of the SIM or memory card arising before, or after receipt of your Product. Any SIMs or memory cards received by us are non-returnable and shall be disposed of;
2.1.2 Delete and remove all personal file and data, whether in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data, (the “Data”) from the Product
2.1.3. Switch off ‘Find My iPhone’, if it is an Apple Product or any equivalent functionality on your Product that can affect the full usage of the product in the future.
2.1.4. Delete and remove all pass codes or device management softwares that can affect restriction free future usage of the product
2.2. By sending your Product to us, you agree to release us from all claims, losses or damages with respect to the SIM, Data or Product. We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such Data or the SIM.
2.3. It will not be possible for you to obtain any Data or other content from the Product, whether stored on the Product or memory card, once it has been sent to us or sold to us.
2.4. Where a Product is received by us which, when the Product is turned on, appears not to have been reset to factory settings, then you hereby authorize us to take reasonable actions to wipe or remove any stored Data from the Product by resetting the Product to factory settings in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines and utilizing the reset functions on the Product to do so.
2.5. We shall reserve the right to perform further data wipe activities on the product but shall have no obligations in respect of wiping or removing the Data. We accept no responsibility for failure to maintain the integrity or confidentiality of any Data, and do not warrant or guarantee that resetting the Product to factory settings will permanently delete any Data or personal information
2.6. You take full responsibility and we take no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, Products in transit from you to us. For each Product that you send to us you shall ensure that it is adequately: insured for loss in transit; and packaged so that it is physically protected.

Valuing your Product
3.1.You warrant that you will accurately describe the condition of your Products so that we are able to provide an initial quotation before we are in receipt of, and able to, inspect the Product (the “Original Quotation”).
3.2. For your Product to be in ‘full working order’ it must satisfy the criteria described in our grading conditions on the website from time to time. We reserve the right to change the grading conditions and your product will be assessed based on grading conditions applicable at the time of your quote generation.
3.3. We accept accessories such as chargers and headsets but these do not increase the value of your Product, unless clearly stated on the website.
3.4. Upon receipt of your Product, we will carry out an Inspection. Any incorrect or inaccurate Product descriptions may result in us re-evaluating our Original Quotation to produce a Revised Quotation
3.5. Your quote is only valid if we are in receipt of the Product(s) within the days mentioned on the website or in the original quotation. If we are not in receipt of a Product by such time, we reserve the right to offer you the lower of the: (i) Original Quotation; or (ii) current price on the Site on the day the Products arrives with us

Lost, Blocked, Stolen and Fake Products
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Lost, Blocked or Stolen” Products are Products that have been reported to any authority around the world as either lost, blocked or stolen.
“Fake” Products are counterfeit Products which are manufactured to resemble products made by another company in breach of the intellectual property rights of the genuine manufacturer.
We will make no payments to customers for Products received which are either Lost, Blocked or Stolen or Fake.
We reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities if there is any suspicion that there is a deliberate attempt to perpetrate a fraud. We reserve the right to reclaim any money paid to you if it is discovered within three months of the return of that Product that the Product has either been reported as a Lost, Blocked or Stolen Product or the Product is discovered to be a Fake.
Products which are Lost, Blocked, or Stolen will not be returned in accordance with the applicable laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fake Products will only be returned if we consider (in our sole opinion) that they were remitted in good faith.
“Lost, Blocked or Stolen” Products are Products that have been reported to any authority around the world as either lost, blocked or stolen.

Products which are Lost, Blocked, or Stolen will not be returned in accordance with the applicable laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fake Products will only be returned if we consider (in our sole opinion) that they were remitted in good faith.
Inspection and Revised Quotation
Once your Products have been received by us, we will inspect the Product to check to see if it complies with the description that you provided to us originally (the “Inspection”). For this, the actual device model and grade will be validated. Should the actual device model or grade be different, then we will adjust the original quotation or provide a new quotation (Revised quotation) and contact you by email or text at the email address or phone number provided by you. Your agreement to the revised quotation will be deemed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions specified in this document.
If you choose to decline the Revised Quotation within the specified period, you may ask us to return the Products to you. Please allow for up to the agree period in such communication to receive your returned Products. If for any reason we cannot send you back your original Product then we will be obliged to make payment for the Original Quotation;
If you do not reply within the period specified of us sending the email or text, we will pay you the Revised Quotation
Under no circumstances can Products be returned by us to you after the expiry of the Revised Quotation without response from you
If you choose to decline the Revised Quotation within the specified period, you may ask us to return the Products to you. Please allow for up to the agree period in such communication to receive your returned Products. If for any reason we cannot send you back your original Product then we will be obliged to make payment for the Original Quotation;
If you do not reply within the period specified of us sending the email or text, we will pay you the Revised Quotation
Under no circumstances can Products be returned by us to you after the expiry of the Revised Quotation without response from you
Title and Risk in Products
Title and risk in the Product(s) shall pass to us on completion of the payment to you for such Product(s) at which point you disclaim any further right, title or interest in and to the Product or any items contained therein.
For the avoidance of doubt, should any Product be lost or damaged whilst in transit from you to us, any claim that you may have that arises as a result of the loss or damage will be against the mail/courier service that you used to send the Product to us.

Indemnity
The trade-in, Apple Trade In service is provided for your convenience and lawful purposes only, on a best effort basis. You agree to indemnify us, Buy Back Bazaar Company For Information Technologies from any claims brought against any of the parties arising from any obligations under this transaction or for any breach of these Terms by you.
